Welcome to my blog, here you'll find the reason why I starded this journey. Stay close for more stories and practical thoughts.

Hi, BurnoutNotes.com is my place to be honest in a world that often asks us to pretend we’re fine.

For years, I lived life at full speed. I pushed myself at work, took on more than I could handle, ignored the warning signs, and convinced myself that being “strong” meant never slowing down. I kept going because everyone else seemed to manage. Because I didn’t want to disappoint anyone. Because stopping felt like failing.

But eventually, everything caught up with me

Burnout didn’t hit me all at once. It was a slow unraveling — losing interest in things I used to love, waking up tired no matter how much I slept, feeling disconnected from myself. I didn’t recognize who I was becoming. I just knew I couldn’t keep pretending.

So I began writing.

Not for an audience, not for likes — just to understand myself again. The more I wrote, the more I realized how many people quietly carry the same weight. How many of us smile while feeling overwhelmed. How many of us burn out in silence.

That’s why I created this blog.

To share the real moments — the doubts, the lessons, the uncomfortable truths, and the small victories that slowly helped me rebuild.

Here, you’ll find:

  • Stories from the times I felt lost

  • What burnout taught me about boundaries, self-worth, and rest

  • The ways I’m learning to live with more balance

    • Reflections from someone still figuring things out

    • Practical thoughts that might help you recognize your own limits

I’m not here to preach or teach from a perfect place. I’m still learning, still growing, still navigating stress and expectations. But I believe that being open about the hard parts makes us all feel a little less alone.

Thank you for reading my notes.

    Thank you for being here.

And if you’re going through something similar, I hope you’ll find pieces of yourself in my words — and maybe a bit of hope, too.
